Tasting Notes

Delicate pink colour. Fresh and vibrant on the nose with notes of passion fruit and lychee. Delicately fruity with citrus hints and notes of grapefruit, orange peel, strawberry and roses. Mineral and refreshing.

Vinification

Pressing of the bunches after 1 hour contact with the grape skins to yield a brilliant pale pink. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, for about two weeks, for the optimal expression of fermentation aromas. Bottled early to keep all its freshness.

Serving Suggestions

With appetizers, soft cheese and prosciutto. Cleanses the palate of tasty fish, like salmon or tuna. Excellent with grilled chicken.
