Deep maroon hue with a ruby rim. Expressive nose of ripe plums and toasted spice, Christmas cake with cinnamon and dark cherries. Violets, black olive, umami and tobacco hints carries through to the palate. Full bodied texture with lingering tannins, finishing into a silky-smooth tipple.

Wine Information

Blend: 83 % Shiraz, 12 % Mourvedre, 5 % Viognier

Maturation info: Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, mostly 2nd and 3rd fill barrels. Viognier was aged for 9 months in a barrel before blending.
