Wine Information

Blend: 83 % Shiraz, 12 % Mourvedre, 5 % Viognier

Maturation info: Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, mostly 2nd and 3rd fill barrels. Viognier was aged for 9 months in a barrel before blending.
